The Government of Belize upholds that its employees are its most valuable resource and is committed to recognizing them for their performance and contributions; particularly where professionalism, acts of courage and selflessness and innovation have made a difference for the Government and People of Belize.
It is on that premise that the Ministry of the Public Service informs of its Outstanding Honors and Awards. These Honors and Awards serve to encourage service excellence, by recognizing individuals and teams for their outstanding contributions and achievements which supports the goals of the government and impact the lives of Belizeans.
The Ministry of the Public Service therefore through its Customer Service Quality Assurance Unit hereby invites nominations for the Belize Public Service Honors and Awards for 2018 in the following categories.
For Individuals only:
- The Governor General Legacy Award
- The Prime Minister Leadership Award
- Distinguish Public Service Career Award
- Outstanding Rookie Award and
- Outstanding Achiever’s Award
Awards for either individuals or teams:
- Excellence in Customer- focused Service Delivery Award
- Award of innovation and
- Heroic Act Award
Anyone may submit nominations to the Ministry of the Public Service, via regular or email no later than Thursday 29 March, 2018.
